# Installation

bin/otrs.Console.pl Admin::Package::Install /path/to/InBox\ TotalTimeOLAViewSmall-6.0.3.opm

# Configuration

After installing the "OLA4OTRS" module, go to: Administration > Overview and search for "Queues".

Choose a queue and click its name.

Put the time (in minutes) to "Escalation - solution time".

After, click "Save and End".

# Use

To use the module, go to: > The Queue View

After loading the page, leave the "Small" option selected in the upper-right corner. This will be possible to observe the "Total OLA Time".
